Pont Goch (WSCo Viaduct).
Frith - Pont Goch (WSCo Oakeley Viaduct) circa 1868. This shows the village of Rhiwbryfdir from the North before it was abandoned and buried under slate waste. Note the early arrangement of inclines for access to Oakeley from the FR Dinas Branch. Behind the empty 3-ton slates two loaded long slab waggons are visible. The vast walls and incline of Holland's quarry can be glimpsed against the mountainside upper left.
