Blanche at Footbridge 2.

Blanche at Footbridge 2 with an Up works train. Van No. 51 can just be seen passing beneath the rebuilt footbridge. Fron Wen underpass is also rebuilt, and places this scene to early 1982 when the top section was entering the final stages of rehabilitation. The remaining houses between the railway and hillside are derelict (note the missing tiles from the roof) and would be pulled down within a few years.
