Taliesin (II) at Tan y Bwlch Station, 1934. The Down passenger train unusually includes two individual train sets. That closest to the locomotive is formed of Bogie Van No. 2, Bowsiders Nos 19 or 20 & 18, Brown Marshalls bogie No. 15, ex-WHR Ashbury summer carriage No. 23, and semi-open Small Birmingham 4-wheelers Nos 11 & 2. The second formation is headed by Brown Marshalls Van No. 4 and Ashbury No. 22. The bright liveries are very telling in this scene. The station footbridge has been removed. Weighted point lever in the foreground.
