Taliesin (I) makers photograph 1876 at the Vulcan Foundry. The straight sided cab sheet and inside bearing rear bogie were both quickly changed by Boston Lodge Works. The disc wheel pattern fitted to this locomotive would become the default for all subsequent FR Fairlies.
