Ex-Smiths Bocoal waggons Nos 62 & 63 newly arrived at Boston Lodge Works, March 1961. Prince's saddle tank and cab have been set aside whilst the locomotive was undergoing overhaul and having straight frames fitted. Whilst No. 62 is one of the regular sized WD type D waggons, No. 63 is significantly larger and subsequent inspection suggests it had originally been a WD ambulance van, and then been rebuilt into a large open waggon using type E bodywork.
