Porthmadog Harbour.

Porthmadog Harbour in 1935, showing a late view of the traditional Porthmadog schooners towards the end of the age of sail, along with the much newer pleasure yacht nestled in-between. There are still a handful of slate waggons (including wooden types) alongside the ships and wharf sheds ready to offload slates for shipment overseas, although by this time the vast majority of slate was being offloaded onto the GWR at Minffordd.
