Up train at Bodychain approaching Groby Junction (from the train), 8 July 1936. The locomotive is Taliesin (II). The train consists of Small Birmingham 4-wheeler carriages Nos 4 & 2, Ashbury No. 21, two Bowsiders, and Brown Marshalls Van No. 4. The Groby Branch line, by now disused, can be seen crossing the Afon Barlwyd and curving round to meet the mainline at Groby Junction in the distance.
