Taliesin (II) at Stesion Fain with a goods train in the mid 1930s. There are three covered goods vans next to the locomotive, the nearest of which appears to be No. 1 (mk3 quarrymen's conversion with sliding doors) followed by a long string of empty slate waggons.

Note the sign informing passengers to change for the LMS (whose station was situated just over North Western Road) and Glanypwll School overlooking the site.
