WHR connection curving onto Madoc Street, Porthmadog during the 1950's. The Glaslyn Foundry on the right. This was the last section of the WHR to be lifted, the rails ending at the gate visible in the distance. The track between here and Harbour Station was used on a number of occasions by locomotives in the early preservation era.
