The two senior men sitting (wearing bowler and fedora hats respectively) are Robert Williams (Locomotive Superintendent & Works Manager) and John Pritchard Roberts (Stores & Pay Clerk and ex-Station Master at Duffws). The man looking the wrong way on the top row is possibly John Jeffrey Roberts (Carriage Fitter) along with William John Pierce (Driver) top right.
