Beddgelert Village looking North. Note the PBSSR temporary way track to the right of the Afon Glaslyn. This view is probably early in the PBSSR construction period circa 1906 with material excavated from the major cutting in a scree near to the planned bridge over the Afon Glaslyn (the abutments of which were completed). The future location of the WHR Bryn y Felin River Bridge is in the foreground on the right, with the old road through the Aberglaslyn Pass (now the A498) on the left. Gelert's Grave is visible just left of centre.
