Tropencraig looking North, 1945. Note Down disc for Tanygrisiau & Cwmorthin Siding at Penlan in the distance. Tanygrisiau village looms out of the mist far below the railway. The clear footpath to the right of the rails would have been a cause of very real danger in the wrong circumstances.
