Welsh Pony at Duffws, 1888, Blaenau Ffestiniog. LGRP 15951. Sight glass lubricator now fixed on cabsheet. Train staff in holder at back of footplate. Both driver and fireman spot the kepi cloth caps that appear to have been standard issue to footplate crew around this time. Note the Prince of Wales' feather cap badge (the FRCo crest).
