Feldbahn 0-8-0 No.743 La Burgonde and Alco 1257 on the Cob - May 1995 . David Black piloting the Alco. La Burgonde was from the Chemin de fer de la Valée de l'Ouche in Burgundy and Alco 1257 was from Chemin de Fer Touristique Froissy-Cappy-Dompierre. The semi-flexible Klien-Lindner wheelbase fitted to La Burgonde made the loco swing from side to side on straight track; the crew was nearly seasick at any speed above 12mph. Much better on curves.
